We honestly can't understand why Steve Guttenberg runs through the park sans pants on a regular enough basis that two guys were able to catch it on film. Maybe it helps clear his head? Or perhaps he's really wanting to enjoy that crisp fall air? We really aren't sure. Decide for yourself and let us know. The best answer will get both our love and some Pine gear.
